How long it takes
Every piece is made to order, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. Counted from the day you order, with printing included:
- Lithuania: 2 to 3 working days
- Everywhere else in the EU: 5 to 7 working days
We email you the day your parcel leaves us, with a tracking link whenever the courier provides one.
Custom portraits have one extra step at the start. We email you a preview within 48 hours, and the times above run from the moment you approve it.
Where we ship
All 27 countries of the European Union. Because we print and pack inside the EU, there are no customs charges, no import duty and no border delays.
If you are outside the EU and want something, email us at support@museandpaw.store and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth it.
How it is packed
Unframed prints travel rolled in a rigid tube, not folded and not in a flat envelope. Tubes survive couriers. Flat packs do not.
Stretched canvas ships in a fitted box with corner protection. No glass, so nothing to break.
Framed prints are double boxed with corner protection.
If you order more than one piece, everything travels together in one parcel.
If something arrives damaged
Send a photo to support@museandpaw.store and we will reprint and reship it. You do not need to return the damaged one and you do not pay anything. This is not a claims process, it is one email.

Printed to order in Vilnius, Lithuania, then checked and packed by us and sent from there. Not dropshipped, not routed through another continent, and not sitting in a container while you wait three weeks for it.
