Who we are

This website is operated by Karim Abdi, trading as Muse & Paw, registered for individual activity in the Republic of Lithuania, at Konstitucijos pr. 23, 08106 Vilnius. VAT identification number LT100019188511. You can reach us at support@museandpaw.store.

Throughout this page, "we", "us" and "our" mean Muse & Paw. "You" means the person visiting this site or placing an order.

By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

What we sell

Our artwork reproduced as framed prints, fine art prints and stretched canvas. Every piece is printed to order in Vilnius, Lithuania, then checked and packed by us.

We also make custom portraits. You choose one of our artworks and send us a photo of your cat or dog, and we repaint the animal in that artwork as yours.

Our artwork is developed using AI-assisted generation and finished by hand. Colour, composition, texture and detail are reworked by us before anything reaches the printer. We state this on every product page.

Prices and payment

All prices are in euro and include VAT and delivery within the European Union. The total shown before you confirm your order is the total you pay. Nothing is added at checkout.

Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email.

We may decline or cancel an order, and will refund you in full if we do. The usual reasons are an obvious pricing error, a product we can no longer produce, a payment we cannot verify, or an order we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.

Making and delivering

Nothing is held in stock. Each piece is printed once you order it. Counted from the day you order, with printing included, delivery takes 2 to 3 working days in Lithuania and 5 to 7 working days everywhere else in the EU.

For a custom portrait we first email you a preview, normally within 48 hours, and nothing is printed until you approve it. The delivery times above run from your approval.

These are estimates rather than guarantees. Couriers occasionally run late and we do not control them. If a delivery is significantly delayed, contact us and we will chase it or replace the order.

Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered.

Colour and finish

Screens emit light and paper reflects it, so some difference between what you see on your device and what arrives is normal, particularly in deep reds and greens. This is a property of printing rather than a fault.

Canvas and paper are natural materials. Small variations in texture and edge finish are part of how they are made.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase of a ready-made piece without giving a reason. Full detail, including who pays return postage and the model withdrawal form, is in our Return and refund policy.

Custom portraits are made from your photo, so they are personalised goods and are exempt from the right of withdrawal once you approve the preview. Until then you can cancel for a full refund.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Intellectual property

All artwork, photography, text and design on this site belongs to Muse & Paw and is protected by copyright.

Buying a print buys you the physical object. It does not transfer any rights in the image. You may not reproduce, copy, resell, print further copies of, or use our artwork commercially without written permission.

Our name and logo are ours. Please do not use them without asking.

Using this site

Do not use this site for anything unlawful, do not attempt to interfere with it, and do not scrape, copy or republish its content.

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care.

We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses, since our products are supplied for private use.

Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or under consumer protection law.

Complaints

Email support@museandpaw.store and we will do our best to resolve it directly.

If we cannot, you can bring the dispute to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, vvtat.lt), which settles consumer disputes out of court, or contact the consumer authority in your own EU country.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you place your order is the version that applies to it.

Governing law

Lithuanian law applies. This does not remove any protection you have under the consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your own country.
