Stuck, Funny Ginger Cat Wall Art

A strip of tape, a wall, and a cat who has decided this is fine.

A ginger cat hangs flat against pale plaster, held there by a single band of silver duct tape across his middle, front paws folded, eyes shut, entirely at peace. Painted thickly and loosely in warm greys and marmalade, with the tape given rather more brushwork than it deserves.

Stuck is a straight-faced joke about contemporary art and a completely accurate portrait of a cat who will fall asleep anywhere you put him. It reads as a gag from the doorway and as a good painting up close, which is the whole trick.

What you receive

• Framed print. 180 g/m² matte art paper, framed in solid ayous wood in black, white, beige or natural wood (you choose the colour), glazed and ready to hang.
• Fine art print. The same paper, shipped rolled in a rigid tube. Sized to standard European frames, so it drops straight into one you already own.
• Canvas, stretched. Wrapped over a solid wood stretcher and ready to hang straight out of the box. No frame to buy, no glass to break in transit.
